Experience
The IVN module has been quite challenging for me. Over the past 14 weeks, I
went from knowing nothing about Illustrator to gradually learning and
eventually mastering many tools, which made me feel very accomplished. Mr.
Hafiz was very patient in class. He taught us each tool step by step and
explained everything two or three times to make sure we could keep up. He also
gave us lots of tutorials and resources to help with every task. Each project
came with its own challenges, but with practice and learning, I’ve become much
more confident in using Illustrator. Overall, I found this module both
interesting and rewarding.
Observations & Findings:
I found that details are really important when designing. For example, if the
paths created with the Pen Tool aren’t properly merged, it can cause issues
with coloring, which can be frustrating. It’s also crucial to add new layers
in time to make edits easier later.
